Event Policy

Event Registration

• All event registrations must be completed through our online platform or in-store.
• Registration requires full payment at the time of booking.
• Each registered participant must provide accurate contact information.
• Events have limited capacity and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The registered participant is responsible for all guests included in their registration.

Types of Events

Mr. Wizard's TTGE hosts various types of events, including but not limited to:

• Game Nights: Casual gaming sessions featuring board games, card games, and RPGs
• Tournaments: Competitive events for various games with prizes
• Workshops: Educational sessions teaching game mechanics and strategies
• Special Events: Themed parties, product launches, and community gatherings
• Private Events: Exclusive events for groups or organizations

Cancellations & Refunds

• Participant Cancellations: We will honor full refunds for event registrations if the cancellation request is received at least 48 hours prior to the event start time.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellation requests received less than 48 hours before the event will receive a 50% refund or store credit.
• No-Shows: Participants who do not attend and do not cancel will not be eligible for any refund.
• Event Cancellations by Store: If Mr. Wizard's TTGE must cancel an event, all participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to another event.
• Weather/Emergency Cancellations: In case of severe weather or emergencies, we will notify participants as soon as possible and offer full refunds or event rescheduling.

Participant Responsibilities

• Arrival Time: Participants must arrive at least 15 minutes before the event start time. Late arrivals may forfeit their spot depending on the event type.
• Behavior Standards: All participants must conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
• Game Materials: All game materials and equipment provided by Mr. Wizard's TTGE must be treated with care. Participants are responsible for any damage caused to store property.
• Guest Supervision: The registered participant is responsible for the conduct of all guests included in their registration.
• Age Requirements: Some events may have age restrictions. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian unless otherwise specified.

Liability & Safety

• Personal Belongings: Mr. Wizard's TTGE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought to events.
• Health & Safety: Participants must follow all posted health and safety guidelines. If you are feeling unwell, please stay home and contact us to reschedule.
• Food & Beverages: Outside food and beverages may be restricted depending on the event. Please check specific event details.
• Photography/Video: By attending events, participants consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. Please notify staff if you do not wish to be included.

Store Property

• No Modifications: Participants are not permitted to modify, move, or alter any tables, chairs, game materials, or room configurations without express written permission from Mr. Wizard's TTGE management.
• Damage Responsibility: Any damage to store property, game materials, or equipment caused during an event will be the financial responsibility of the registered participant.
• Setup and Cleanup: Store staff will handle all setup and breakdown of event spaces. Participants are expected to keep their area clean and dispose of trash properly.
