Data Deletion Policy

1. What Data Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, we will permanently delete:

• Account Information: Name, email address, phone number
• Authentication Data: Login credentials and social media linkages
• Profile Information: Saved addresses and preferences
• Shopping Cart: Current cart contents
• Saved Items: Wishlists and saved products

2. What Data We Retain

For legal and business reasons, we must retain certain data:

Order History (Anonymized)

• Transaction records for accounting and tax purposes (7 years)
• Your personal information will be removed, but order totals and dates are retained
• Required by law for financial record-keeping

Legal Requirements

• Records needed for pending legal matters
• Fraud prevention records
• Information required by law enforcement requests

Business Operations

• Aggregated, anonymized analytics data
• Product review content (anonymized or removed at your request)

3. How to Request Deletion

Option 1: Self-Service (Logged In Users)

You must be logged in to delete your account.

Option 2: Email Request

If you cannot access your account, email us at:

• Email: privacy@mrwizardsttge.com
• Subject: Account Deletion Request
• Include: Your registered email address and full name

We will verify your identity before processing the deletion.

Option 3: Social Media Users

If you signed up using Google, Facebook, or Apple:

1. Use Option 1 or 2 above to delete your Mr Wizard's account
2. Separately revoke access in your social media account settings:
   • Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions
   • Facebook: Settings → Apps and Websites
   • Apple: Settings → Apple ID → Password & Security → Apps Using Apple ID

4. Deletion Timeline

Data Type	Deletion Timeframe
Active account access	Immediate
Personal information	Within 30 days
Backup systems	Within 90 days
Anonymized analytics	Retained indefinitely
Legal records	Per legal requirements (up to 7 years)

5. After Deletion

Once your account is deleted:

• You will no longer be able to login
• You cannot access order history
• You cannot reactivate your account
• You can create a new account with the same email after 30 days
• Active orders will still be fulfilled
• Pending refunds will still be processed

6. Data Portability

Before deleting your account, you can request a copy of your data:

• Email privacy@mrwizardsttge.com with "Data Export Request"
• We will provide your data in JSON or CSV format within 30 days
• Includes: profile, order history, addresses, and preferences
